The place you can come to to ensure you and your baby are well nourished before, during and after conception. We are here to take out the stress of what you should and shouldn't eat when pregnant. What may or may not cause harm to you and your baby. No more 'Dr googling' every question you have about food. WeĀ being you the most up to dateĀ research so you feel well supported throughout the 4 trimesters of your pregnancy.Ā 

Whats you'll learn in this course:

  • How to support yourself nutritionally in each trimester.
  • How to management your pregnancy symptoms. Including, nausea, fatigue, sugar cravings, food aversions and more.Ā 
  • How to manage any conditions that may present including anemia, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia and more.

  • What blood pathology is important and at what stages of pregnancy.
